Refund PolicyChính sách hoàn tiền

Orders in Vietnam (bank transfer)Đơn mua trong Việt Nam (chuyển khoản)

Study with the app for 7 days. If you get no result, we refund you. The result is measured with your own voice: your recording from the first session of a lesson against your recording when you do the interview again in the last session. If you listen to both and your answer is not better, message Zalo 0869989030 with those 2 recordings (there is a download button at the end of each lesson) and we refund you in full, by bank transfer.

After 7 daysSau 7 ngày

After 7 days we do not give refunds, because the lessons can be downloaded and used offline. We will still refund you if you were charged twice by mistake, or if a technical problem stops the app working on your device and we cannot fix it.
