These terms apply when you buy or use SpeakAtSea, a web app for practising English job interviews for seafarers, at app.hieunguyen.net. SpeakAtSea is made and run by Nguyen Chi Hieu, an individual based in Vietnam ("we"). By buying or using the app you agree to these terms. Điều khoản này áp dụng khi bạn mua hoặc dùng SpeakAtSea, app web luyện phỏng vấn tiếng Anh cho thuyền viên, tại app.hieunguyen.net. SpeakAtSea do Nguyễn Chí Hiếu, cá nhân ở Việt Nam, làm và vận hành ("chúng tôi"). Mua hoặc dùng app nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.

1. What you get1. Bạn nhận được gì

• A personal account that opens the lessons of the package you bought. The full package opens all sections; the Student package opens the Student / Cadet section only. Một tài khoản cá nhân mở các bài của gói bạn mua. Gói Trọn bộ mở tất cả các mục; gói Sinh viên chỉ mở mục Sinh viên / Cadet.
• One payment, no subscription. Access lasts for as long as SpeakAtSea is offered, and new lessons added to your package are included at no extra cost. Trả một lần, không thuê bao. Bạn dùng được suốt thời gian SpeakAtSea còn hoạt động, bài mới thêm vào gói của bạn cũng có luôn, không trả thêm.
• Lessons can be downloaded to your device and used offline. Some features, such as progress scoring and syncing between devices, need an internet connection. Bài học tải về máy và học offline được. Một số tính năng như chấm tiến bộ và đồng bộ giữa các máy cần có mạng.

2. Payment2. Thanh toán

Orders from outside Vietnam are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), which is the merchant of record for those orders and handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Orders inside Vietnam are paid by bank transfer to us directly. Prices are shown before you pay. Đơn từ ngoài Việt Nam được xử lý qua bên bán lại Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), là bên bán chính thức của các đơn đó và tự lo thanh toán, hoá đơn, thuế bán hàng. Đơn trong Việt Nam trả bằng chuyển khoản ngân hàng trực tiếp cho chúng tôi. Giá hiện rõ trước khi bạn trả.

3. Your account3. Tài khoản của bạn

• Your account is for you only. It works on up to 2 devices at a time: logging in on a third device logs the oldest one out. Do not share, resell or publish your login. Tài khoản chỉ dành cho bạn, dùng cùng lúc được trên 2 máy, đăng nhập ở máy thứ 3 thì máy cũ nhất tự thoát ra. Không chia sẻ, bán lại hay đăng công khai thông tin đăng nhập.
• If an account is clearly being shared or resold, we may limit or close it after warning you by email. Nếu tài khoản bị chia sẻ hoặc bán lại rõ ràng, chúng tôi có thể giới hạn hoặc khoá sau khi báo bạn qua email.

4. Content4. Nội dung

All lessons, questions, sample answers, audio and text in SpeakAtSea belong to Nguyen Chi Hieu. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, sell, re-upload or share them with others. Toàn bộ bài học, câu hỏi, câu trả lời mẫu, âm thanh và chữ trong SpeakAtSea thuộc về Nguyễn Chí Hiếu. Bạn được dùng để tự học. Không được sao chép, bán, đăng lại hay chia cho người khác.

5. What SpeakAtSea is not5. SpeakAtSea không phải là gì

• We do not promise that you will pass any interview or get any job. Results depend on your experience, your documents and the interview itself. Chúng tôi không hứa bạn sẽ đậu phỏng vấn hay có việc. Kết quả còn tuỳ kinh nghiệm, giấy tờ của bạn và chính buổi phỏng vấn.
• SpeakAtSea is English practice. It does not replace official training or certificates. On board, always follow your company's safety management system and your Master's orders. SpeakAtSea là luyện tiếng Anh, không thay thế huấn luyện hay chứng chỉ chính thức. Trên tàu luôn làm theo hệ thống quản lý an toàn của công ty và lệnh thuyền trưởng.

6. Refunds6. Hoàn tiền

See our Refund Policy: orders from outside Vietnam get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Xem Chính sách hoàn tiền: đơn từ ngoài Việt Nam được hoàn đủ 100% trong 7 ngày kể từ lúc mua, không cần lý do.

7. Liability7. Trách nhiệm

We work to keep SpeakAtSea running and correct, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Chúng tôi cố giữ SpeakAtSea chạy ổn và đúng, nhưng app được cung cấp "như hiện có". Trong phạm vi luật cho phép, trách nhiệm của chúng tôi với bạn tối đa bằng số tiền bạn đã trả cho app.

8. Changes and law8. Thay đổi và luật áp dụng

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not take away access you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản; ngày ở đầu trang là bản mới nhất, và thay đổi không lấy đi quyền dùng bạn đã trả tiền. Điều khoản này theo luật Việt Nam.
